Nervous Nelly …

Last night sucked.

I haven't had to deal with "nerve" issues in a while. But yesterday afternoon the tell-tell signs of an impending anxiety attack started up. Achey chest and left arm. Headache. Unfocused and hard to concentrate.

So, I got home and went right to sleep. But trying to sleep it off didn't help.

Thankfully, Franke called and distracted me. By the time I went to bed I was feeling a wee better.

Still been dealing with some effects today ... but tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I will be having a late dinner with awesome friends. So that means everything is gonna be great.
